Soaring Educational visits to the Museum
The number of children visiting the Museum are soaring this week. Education Officer, Caroline Coombes is looking forward to the busiest week of the Autumn Term. The Centre is booked all week by schools eager to join in the Haynes Education experience. Milford Junior School in Yeovil are splitting their visit over two days in order to give all of the children in Year 6 the chance to visit the Museum. They will spend time in the purpose-built Education Centre and will take part in a Museum tour, getting the chance to sit in cars, dress in period costume and take part in role play activities. Some children will also experience a ride in a Museum car as part of their education package.
