The 1897 Daimler Wagonette is now back in the Museum after a restoration investigation project carried out by the Haynes Restoration Centre.  At this stage the vehicle was removed from the collection for exploratory works which included examining the valve timing gear, wheel hub bearings and the wheels.  The works needed will be started later this year with completion ready for a very important run.  Watch this space for news of which run.
