Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend on the day your ticket has been booked, please call us on 01963 440804 and we can change the date of your booking for you.
Annual Passes
Tickets to the Museum are annual passes at no extra cost. Please note on arrival, all members of your party will be asked for their contact details. Annual passes can only be used by the person/s whose name is on the ticket. Annual passes cannot be given to someone else to use.
Disabled Visitors & Carers
Visitors who require a carer to facilitate their visit will be issued a free carer’s day ticket with every paying disabled admission. If you require more than one carer, please bring proof of this on your visit.
Please be aware the reception staff may request proof of eligibility (for example DLA, PIP, CVI, Blue Badge with photo ID, Carer Allowance letter or similar).
Free carer tickets cannot be used without being accompanied by the person with disabilities.
Mobility Scooters: If you need to use a Museum mobility scooter during your visit these must be pre-booked before you arrive please call 01963 440804.
