Our vision is to inspire this generation and the next to explore, discover and experience the motor car, to empower them to learn and invite them to question.
Our Mission
Our mission is to explore the motor car's development and the evolution of the automotive design, engineering and technology. We will stimulate our audiences to reflect on its influence on social history and we will fuel their curiosity to consider how the motor car and automotive technology might impact the world in the future.
Our Values
Museums positively impact our lives by inspiring learning, reflection, and discussion about the past, present, and future. They foster curiosity, bring people together around shared interests, and promote inclusivity, accessibility, and diversity. Museums enhance our understanding across STEM fields and enrich our lives. At the core of every museum is its Collection, but it is the dedicated staff and volunteers who bring these stories to life, using their skills to fulfil the Museum’s mission. At Haynes Motor Museum, six core values guide how we operate internally and externally. These values are, we are conscientious, we challenge, we are considerate, we are creative, we are communicative, we are collaborative.
