GIFT AID AND THE ANNUAL PASS

Gift Aid allows charities like us to reclaim tax (25p for every £1) from the government on your donations. If you are a UK taxpayer, by opting to Gift Aid you enable us to treat your payment as a donation, so each £1 you spend can do £1.25 of good. It costs you nothing but helps us a lot.

Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.

Please notify us if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.

If you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on your donations it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

THE ANNUAL PASS

Each full price Standard Admission ticket includes an Annual Pass.

The Annual Pass entitles the holder to unlimited complimentary repeat visits (excluding some Events) for a 365-day period.

The Annual Pass is valid for one year from the point that the ticket is redeemed. It is assigned to one person per transaction. These are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be extended.

You will need to bring your Annual Pass with you on each return visit along with supporting Identification in order to gain admission.

As an Annual Passholder we may occasionally email you with updates and news to help make the most from your passes. If you wish to not receive these emails please let us know at visitus@haynesmuseum.org

LOST ANNUAL PASSES

If you purchased your ticket online and have lost your Annual Pass, please recall your Booking Confirmation sent to you via email, or contact a member of our team to locate your booking.

If you purchased your tickets at the Museum and you applied Gift Aid, we can find your booking using your post-code and surname (we keep Gift Aid reports for 5 years as per HMRC regulations).

If you did not apply for Gift Aid and purchased your tickets at the Museum, we will be unable to relocate your booking. Bank statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase. You will need to repurchase tickets to gain admission to the Museum.
