We continually strive to improve our facilities both to enhance the experience of our visitors and to provide the care our Collection requires.

From 1st January to 10th February 2018 our Memory Lane exhibition will be closed for refurbishment including installation of a new lighting system and redecoration.  The display must surely be one of the most popular elements of our Collection containing only British cars from the 1950s to 1970s.  There will be no prizes for guessing why we called it ‘Memory Lane’; all you need to do is hear the comments our visitors make when they see the cars they recognise so well from their younger days.

While we are very sorry this display will not be available for some time, we are sure our visitors will appreciate the benefits of the work we are carrying out.  Indeed, as the work is being paid for from our own funds it is our visitors who have helped contribute to the cost of this work by paying to visit our Collection.
